TERMS and CONDITIONS:
- The Promotion is organized by International Dream Properties N.V.
- The Promotion period is December 15th, 2006 through April 15th, 2007.
- The Promotion is open to all individuals, aged 25 years and above. The Promotion is open only to residents of
the 48-contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada.
In order to be eligible for re-imbursement:
Participants must use the real estate services offered by International Dream Properties N.V. to purchase, acquire, or otherwise invest in property situated on the island of Sint Maarten/Saint Martin.
Participants in the Promotion must provide International Dream Properties N.V. original airline ticket(s) purchase receipt within ten (10) business days after the closing/transfer of property purchased, acquired, or otherwise invested in on the island of Sint Maarten/Saint Martin.
Limited to two (2) airline tickets per closing/transfer transaction. All class types of airline tickets are eligible. Taxes and other such costs are excluded from refund.
Re-imbursement shall only be transferable to Participant(s) of Promotion.
Participant(s) shall provide International Dream Properties N.V. with written wire transfer instructions to which the re-imbursement amount will be wired into.

- All refund claims and/or supporting documentation required to process refund claim must be received by May 1st, 2007 at 6:00PM EST.
- This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion.
- Employees of International Dream Properties N.V. and/or their associates and affiliate companies/concerns are not eligible for the Promotion.
- International Dream Properties N.V. reserves the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Promotion at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
- Any and all costs and/or expenses associated by the wire transfer of the re-imbursement amount are for the account of the Participant. No claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by International Dream Properties N.V. in this regard.
- International Dream Properties N.V. will execute wire transfer of re-imbursement amount within three (3) business days after receiving original airline ticket(s) purchase receipt and written wire transfer instructions.
- International Dream Properties N.V. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the re-imbursable amount after written wire transfer payment instructions to originating bank have been received by originating bank.
- Apart from the entitlement to the re-imbursable amount, the Participant or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against International Dream Properties N.V.
- In case of any dispute or difference in respect to this Promotion, the decision of International Dream Properties N.V. shall be final and binding on all concerned.
- The Promotion shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance in the Netherlands Antilles.
- Participation in this Promotion implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
- Participant will allow International Dream Properties N.V. to use his likeness and property for future use.
